Austin Herlihy
Austin Herlihy started his real estate career in 2005. Since then, Herlihy has been one of the most productive commercial real estate agents in the region, completing over $2 billion dollars in total transaction value. Many of those transactions were hotel and residential development deals. In a joint venture with Woodridge Capital, Herlihy and Parker were successful at entitling a 30-unit Apartment building (Casa Anatega) with 5,000 SF of Commercial square feet in eleven (11) months. Casa Anatega was finished in 2019 on budget, on time and achieved rents that were much higher than forecasted. In 2022, Austin Herlihy, Chris Parker and their partner, RAF Pacifica Group purchased 335 S. Milpas Street (Tri County Produce) and are currently going through the entitlement process with plans to construct a 99 unit mixed use apartment development. In 2023, Herlihy and Parker closed on 52 units at 215 Bath Street in Santa Barbara’s coveted west beach neighborhood.
Herlihy was recognized in 2010 by the Pacific Coast Business Times as a 40 under 40. In addition, he won the Deal Maker of the Year for the Central Coast in 2021 for the high profile sale of the Hotel Californian for $135 million. In 2018 Herlihy and Parker helped found Westerlay Real Estate Group a property management company, which manages 45 properties, 1.2 million SF, appx. $600 million of commercial real estate in Santa Barbara. He remains active in the Santa Barbara community and completed the Santa Barbara Foundation’s Katherine Harvey Fellowship program, which teaches young professionals about the nonprofit community and the grantmaking and fundraising processes. In addition, Austin is a former Board member at the Santa Barbara Yacht Club and is an active member of Birnam Wood Country Club. Austin has called Santa Barbara home for the past twenty-five years and he and his wife Maggie are the proud parents of six children.
Chris Parker
Chris Parker has worked at Radius Group Commercial Real Estate as a licensed broker since 2010. In that time, he has helped complete 346 transactions, consisting of 110 sales and 246 leases, totaling over $1 billion dollars. Before entering into commercial brokerage, Chris served as a project superintendent for a prominent local construction company, Young Construction, where he acquired an understanding of general construction. Growing up in Santa Barbara has allowed Chris to understand the intricacies of various neighborhoods and areas of the town. Over the last 10 years, Parker formed and oversaw three partnerships, two multifamily and one commercial. All of these projects have recently been sold for a profit. In 2018 Herlihy and Parker helped found Westerlay Real Estate Group a property management company, which manages 45 properties, 1.2 million SF, appx. $600 million of commercial real estate in Santa Barbara. In 2019, Parker and Herlihy collaborated with an experienced real estate developer to complete Casa Anatega, a mixed-use project consisting of 30 luxury apartments and 5,000 sf of commercial space, located at 634 Anacapa. In 2022, Chris Parker, Austin Herlihy and their partner, RAF Pacifica Group purchased 335 S. Milpas Street (Tri County Produce) and are currently going through the entitlement process with plans to construct a 99 unit mixed-use apartment development. In 2023, Herlihy and Parker closed on 52 units at 215 Bath Street in Santa Barbara’s coveted west beach neighborhood.
Chris Parker is also the Vice President of the Hutton-Parker Foundation, which is a $130 million charitable foundation in Santa Barbara. Chris oversees $70 million in commercial real estate assets for the foundation. Mr. Parker graduated from the University of Denver with a BA in Real Estate and Construction Management and an MBA with an emphasis in Finance.
